Hello

When i am coming to visit sweden, i have noticed that in some cities there is prohibited to use studded tires. Does this apply to all cars or are foreign cars free'd from the requirements? I didn't find anything useable info.

So, can i use studded tires on my trips to sweden?

I know the areas where the studs are prohibited restricts only to few streets, but Transportstyrelsen doesn't provide any information regarding studs. Or doesn't have the information so that i could find (in swedish)

You may not drive with studded tires is prohibited to use studded tires, it's that simple. This is not a major limitation when there is as yet only a street in Stockholm (Hornsgatan) and in Uppsala (Kungsgatan) and two in Gothenburg (Friggagatan and Odin Street).
